You know what? These are actually very good.
They remind me of the Viridescent Peeper/Eyes of Molten/Ominous Stare family of unusual effects but the different eyes with the hypnotising effects really make them stand out.
The colors are your basic Scream Fortress unusual colors but that's to be expected. I don't know if the community sparkles are needed but I'm guessing they added a little spice to it. The only thing I'd change is the size of it, looks a bit too big and intrusive but that's about it.
Another thing is that I wouldn't like to see all three of them being added. I don't like when we get recolors of the same unusuals, I think they take up space that could be given to different ones. If I had to choose I'd go for the green variant, that one's a real eye catcher.
Overall, well done, keep it up.
