if the Proficiency Class Pack is so good, how come there isn’t a Proficiency Class Pack 2—oh my god.

Started as code cleanup - some of the code in PCP was really old and some of it pretty bad. I wanted to do heavier updates to the classes, but there were so many plugins at that point, that changing abilities was becoming an issue, so decided to start a fresh revision I could work on in parallel to the original and change as much as I wanted without breaking other's mods and campaigns.

Overall design objective was to balance out some power and role issues with the classes and make some of them more engaging - taking what worked with some of my later plugins and applying that back. And hopefully end up with a more maintainable code-base, but with time and scope, that tends to fall off regardless :P

Some things have changed in the years since I started. I really enjoyed the variety in Amalgamation, though not so much the approach of stitching completely different archetypes together, so now a big goal is the curated variety that birthed the Training Roulette option.

What a pleasant surprise to see this receiving updates after almost 3 years. I'm a major fan of the original PCP, what would you say is the primary design objective of this revision?
