sorry I missed your question somehow. I'll answer it here as well:

That would be using the typical stairs items, and it's using the "Force Field" texture under the "Misc" category. Its visibility naturally fades in a very short distance.

The Force Field texture ordinarily looks like a scanning hexagon pattern with a dim glow, but if you scale it extremely small, the hexagon pattern is basically gone and you're left with only the faint glow instead.

I believe I may have layered multiple stairs items on top of each other to make the glow appear brighter.

How you do that fade-in reveal for the ramp to the exit?
