The hat needs a band on it or something to break it up a bit. The shirt and waistcoat look good. The pants look a bit odd matched with the cowboy aesthetic. Overall its a great concept but I think it needs a little bit more work before I'd want to have it in game.

About the set, it is great. And the revolver offers game changing mechanics like say the Huntsman, Crusaders Crossbow, Rescue Ranger .To the author, The description for the Big Iron is that the Scout carries it on his hip, as in in a holster. But You did not make a holster. My suggestion: tweak the Outlaws Waistcoat so it has a belt with holster. Again suggestion, not "do it immediately".
