doesnt seem to work i dont think? fresh campaign with just mct and this and characters still got immortality at 20

It seems that the bloodreaper (khornite demonic hero) does not have immortality skill, although other demonic heroes such as alluresses, plagueriddens and iridescent horrors do (unlockable at lev 45 as). Is it intended?
