It's not normal to get three of them in a game time hour completely messing up traffic flow. They're like hair clog in the bathroom sink drain!
Believe me, I'm grown up and even if I've never driven in Arizona, I really doubt the quantity of those cars and pickups is anything close to reality.
I'd like to have some of them once in a while but not as it is now. So, until this gets fixed, I prefer to have none at all.

if you dumbasses want classic cars then why the tf are you even bothering with this?
There are mods that add more. Look up Jazzycat, he has an entire pack full of classic cars. It's just not on the workshop.

Yeah, anything spawned on the map as a prop will just be what it is. Which is unfortunate because the folks at SCS think that literally every farm and ranch in North America still use their 1940's pickup trucks as work vehicles.
