Just downloaded this mod and is amazing man, really good work!
I have to ask, how hard would it be for you to release a version in which the sound isnt muffled or atleast make it so more of the engine can be heard from inside the cabin?

Could this mod be updated for the new Mack Pinnacle? Thanks :)

This mod is exactly what I was looking for. I prefer to just use the engines the game comes with, rather than use modded engines with sounds.

No turn signal or parking brake engage sound on the Western Star 49X.

I'm sorry I'm new to mods. Do I have to equip a certain engine in my truck to hear the mod? It's top priority and I'm not using any other sound mods

(cont) Just please let us headphone users have this mod. Many of the mods this one bases its sounds on are available to download on the SCS Forums; Kriechbaum and SlavJerry come immediately to mind. There are also plenty of sound attenuation mods, and many of them can override the values from this mod.

I'm going to counterpoint that I think the engine sounds and attenuation are fine as they are. I've tried a bunch of different engine sound mods, and a bunch of different attenuation mods.

For engine sound mods, almost all of them are either too loud or have open pipe sounds, which is not ideal for my game because I try to simulate running a fleet spec truck with a bottom exhaust.

For sound attenuation, almost all of them degrade the sound quality or make the truck sound like it's underwater. Besides this mod, only Realistic Soundproofing does a genuinely decent attempt at soundproofing, as opposed to just muffling everything.

I wear headphones, so very loud engine sound mods or vanilla sounds are outright torture over the long drives that is pretty core to ATS as a game. This is one of the few high quality engine sound mods with great, modern, automotive industry standard sound proofing; and I urge the author to keep the mod as it is.

Hi Jack, the mod is absolutely amazing, can you please try to increase the sound inside the interior to be adequately audible for sounds outside the truck. Engine sounds, rain drops and other sound effects are very down when the windows are closed. Thank you

I love the sounds, especially the isx 15 straight pipe. But I feel that the volume is a bit low, especially inside the cabin, it has a lot of bass and little volume.

This is by far my favorite mod! Absolutely incredible sounds - it brought new life into the game.

Seriously can't thank you enough for your work. I've missed so many turns because I'm lost listening to that straight pipe. Anyone that plays this game and loves big diesel needs this mod.

I don't like playing games with mods. But ATS stock sounds are so annoying. This mod is perfect!

Does it replace the default sounds of the trucks, when you do Quick Jobs? If not, is it planned?

I gave it a go but found it muted down all my sounds had to remove.

Thanks for trying it out, an equivalent mod for ETS2 is still in process.

This pack has the best cab attenuation I've heard for ATS, and I've tried several of them. None of them even come close to sounding as good as this mod!

Also seconding what Skylane21 said; the Mack Anthem sounds utterly amazing!
