Dopefish is in the new 5-S level i think. It's also in the first level of wrath, 5-1 wake of Poseidon or something.

RMB on model - add override - RMB on model again - show in element viewer > model - find green line "materials" and there should be line that shows path to texture, but its not full, it starts from "models" folder so you need to go into sourcefilmmaker/game/workshop/materials/models and go on
