:/ jump attack into enemy formation is the worst one though.... its the only one thats actively helping the other guy :D (still appreciate the work you but into this best animation fix on the market)

@Dad Honestly.... that's because I put the jumping on charge back in because it caused to many issues without it.

This still edits MANY other units to remove some of the more serious outliers.

Ultimately the only animation that truly broke my immersion was the Ballerina spin from the empire soldiers.

If that wasn't what bugged you then this mod likely isn't for you.

P.S: If you remove the jump animation form Hu1 it affects all lords and heroes of all factions that use it which are a lot. (It causes them to delay and sit there for a moment sometimes to, this was not the case for any other animation)

You claim that its both still working, at that it should affect Grave Guard. I can confirm that it's definitely not working right now, as I watch my Grave Guard leap out of formation and into the attacking force.

another sugestion, was playing as chaos, got a bloodripper promoted to bloodthirst, and i see that MOF use a inverted axe (bigger blade is pointed to him!) and NONE of his animations use the axe!, ffs!

I would LOVE to see more realistic death animations (all of the elven factions foot units die flying away, it's not nice to see in battle).

Also, would it be possible to remove the firing animation from thunderers and other rifle units? It's so silly seeing their barrels kick up 45 degrees. If this animation was removed gunpowder units could maybe once again feel like the glory of napoleon TW. (Would need better audio files, and camera shake, and projectile arcing logic, and projectile speed, and ricochet mechanics, but hey CA can't really compete with a game that THEY made many years ago xD)

I totally agree with KingSnack's comment. Death animations, especially due to arrows or bullets, sending soldiers flying (even in heavy armor) is stupid and break my immersion.
I am a modder myself. Could you please give us some tips to edit ranged death animations through animation files instead of land_units_table ?
Or complete your mod with it ?

I wish the Yin Dragon-Blooded Shugengan used their martial arts attacks more, and their flying beam craziness type moves not at all. I tried to learn how to do it myself, but all I did was make my game crash a lot :steamsad: Love what this mod does for the game's combat though.
