yeah, if you don't plan on modding, don't bother with RPFM
you probably first need to link it to your game folder in the settings
and then you need to have an idea of what you want to build, which I learned by canibalazing mods from the workshop using the workshop items folder

yeah then its purged, bringing it back requires a complete overhaul similar to the mod I shared.
Considering its only a few settlements with this rule and a minor effect i strongly recommend simply using the mod i shared

after checking the wiki in tww3 they are 9 elven collonie (more might be added, they are one/twos in ind in the lore)

well they are special only in tww2, in tww3 they are just a normal non forest settlement, and they are more elven collonie, by memory, one near the thart of the old lady of kislev (and starting point of alith anar in tww2), they are 3 in lustria (one in est, south and west cost), 3 insouth where start emeric, one in the bad land as you said, one where start teclis and if they are more i forgot

hi, since you put back building from tww1, could you bring back elven collonie for wood elf as they where in tww2 ?

Thanks for doing this, but i think the "melee attack +1" should have been "weapon strength +1%" just like what you did in warhammer 2 version of this mod, not sure if you changed it intentionally.
