Also the models don't seem to have bottoms on them if you tip them over.

Very nice. I would make a few suggestions though. I made a saved game with these changes.

The net and fury pieces are underneath the dwarf mat. I locked the mats by default and put the pieces back on top. I also moved them a bit, but that's just my preference. I put the mats centered with the wound pieces to the left and the deck to the right.

I added snap points to the main board for the pieces. I also put a tablet off to the side with the PDF rule book open. The tablet can open the PDF if you link it from Google Drive.

Fun as hell you did a good job finally got the models to work but the dragon is still messed up but he kinda looks cool
