@Colithiel I checked the base script and there's still nothing to handle vassals, so this still does something.

@Lobuno It worked like that in TWW2, and all the other close diplomacy options do.

Pretty sure it's unintentional by CA to have Vassals NOT do it, they will fix it soon them selves.

@Lobuno - It just felt wrong to me that a faction that essentially bows to my whim doesn't help heal the forest, where an independent military ally does. Fix might not be the right term for it, but I went with it.

It is a fix because wood elves should expect their vassals to contribute to forest health. Wood elf civilizational mission is forest health, and vassalage is a formal system where people not your own do what you tell them. It is reasonable to expect wood elves to tell their vassals to care for forests under vassal administration.
