and i dont mind a perfect army can move much faster within own territory, like 50% wouldn't be too much honestly.
I was too hasty in my test and it seems that it takes a turn for this mod to take effect (i'm playing on legendary so i'm a bit carefull since it automaticly saves every turn).
After 1 turn my movement points has increased and, comparing it from pictures of before this mod, it seems my range has also correctly increased.

I took a screenshot from before and after and there was no difference in range
Try comparing a screenshot of a selected lord with and without the mod to see if there is a difference.
The bonus not being displayed on the army is normal.
Good question. I actually didn't test that. Though I can't see a reason the AI shouldn't benefit from this, I'll try to see if I can make sure of it.
