It's a collaborative effort to get content out and it's been a thing for years, not to mention it's also a very common thing to find in game development in general; you'll often have entire teams of people providing their expertise to a specific craft just to produce one character model for a videogame.
It's a totally normal practice and isn't as big of an issue as some people in the comments are lead to believe; y'all need to stop listening to people that have no expertise in this field that make wild assumptions about content creation in the workshop community.
