Is there any chance to repack (and maybe fix) this mod?

Can you place a frying-pan or cooking-pot on the oven to cook just meats?

The pizza oven won’t heat up to cook anything, and the Vespa is missing information about the engine and stuff so it spams the crash logs

If you place a raw apple or a raw pear in the cooking slot of the pizza oven, the whole pizza oven despawns.
That's not intentional, is it?

Well, I'm sorry it took me so long to respond. Yes I agree that if there is a fix we have to share to help, even why have I fixed 5 mod's related to combinationlock sync broken after 1.18, I sent to the owners of the mod and they said: "Tested here and it's working, it's just for your server, I will not put this fix". It upset me a lot to keep helping with fixes, so currently I only help with translations.
But for example, I was testing some things with your mod because I liked it a lot, removed the content that was generating spam crashing and was testing some functions to fix a crash that there was after starting the cooking of the pizza with the mod of Syberia, soon after would continue fixing the other problems. But In less than a week of testing you arrived on my Server Pack calling me a liar and to remove your content as soon as possible without even asking what I was doing... But it's okay, I understand your point. Thank's you for the feedback.

I must of missed the point where it was constructive criticism, sounded more like. "Your not fixing fast enough, give me permission to repack it, fix it and not share with anyone".

If the dude had a fix why not share? I've actually had nice messages in the past from server owners who point out small fixes to which I applied.

Fact is repacking and this sort of attitude towards mod devs is killing the community. But hey if you disagree I'll be more than happy to take this chat up in the modders discord. See if you get people who agree.

im not upset nor does your mod cause my players to leave. i said "if i say i dont have time players leaving". I assume this would be general for everything. If the responsible person doesnt care, why should everyone else. You dont fix your mod = looks like you dont care.

My free time is how I choose to spend it. You're upset cause you're "loosing players" because some mods are broken. LOL Dayz is broken, a lot of mods have conflicts, and never work 100%. But no Pizza Time is causing my players to leave and the dev should stop everything and fix it. Also LC, I doubt very strongly that you contribute that much back to any author, and the mods you share with the community are re-packs and custom clothing for ur server...

I made this mod because I wanted to add something fun to a game I enjoy, and I was just kind enough to share it with the community. I don't have to drop everything in the world to fix it. Even if I did I am sure there will be some conflict or some update that will cause problems.

Its not only your free time that is taken. Hosters still need to download, install and cofigure your mod to share it to the community and then they have more work for fixing the ingame problems your mod is causing. And if i say, i dont have time, players will start to leave.
So before you start going on about how people could steal your stuff without helping you out, fix your stuff and that'll be that.
And this is just a critic on your response to an idea that the COMMUNITY brought to your attention while waiting for so long for a fix
If you see that as negativ, maybe that is the problem itself and i should just delete it and not wasting anymore time with it (would be a pity)
And just FYI, im sharing mods (openly), config files and anything i prepared goes also back to the creator, as it may be helpful. But yeah, all of us are bad and exploit others...

Usually I don't respond to negative comments. But thanks Jean, no I won't allow repacks. It's not for the attention. It's because server owners, might find a fix. Will they share it? No. Will they donate to the person the does the majority of the work? No. Will they say "man we have something awesome on our server" and claim to put hundreds of hours in and charge X amount per month and never put anything into the community? You bet your ass they will.

So if you have a fix, why not be a kind person and share your fix so everyone can have access to it? Or would you prefer you add another large file to your server pack forcing players to redownload the same files over and over again clogging their hard drive?

I'll be looking at fixing things, but this isn't a paid job so I will look at it when I can.

Here is a tip for server owners, if you have created something fun why not share it with the whole community or is all that attention worth too much in donations?

Well, I think you've seen the numerous comments that your mod is full of problems, the Oven is disappearing, the Vespa and Skateboard is generating volumetric crash's until the server closes, is not working with Geb's... You could start allowing the repack and let the server owners fix it in the best way for them. I know it's annoying not to have the "attention" you deserve when there is the repack, but it helps those who have servers continue use your work and in a healthiable way to their server. Think about it

After installing and trying out, i noticed, that if you placed the oven and dismantle it again (with sledgehammer) it will dissappear.
Did this has a reason or am i doing something wrong ir is it a bug?

This mod has always been good but always has some issues. It does something to gebs fish, I dont know about other fish as I only tried gebs. They become smaller in size and do not cook they just become ruined. Sorry that is all the info I have, I hope it helps your development
