Hit boxes for attacks are actually determined by animations as far as I know. Also, giving him higher splash attacks just means that his damage will be spread out more. This means that while he hits more targets at once, the damage is spread out between them. The consequence is that Kholek would damage more entities with each attack, but also kill fewer.
Units with damaging area of effect magic and the like are always going to more efficient at killing infantry than those without.

so apparently, Kholek will grow in size per vassal(like model in combat get bigger). Provided that is true, it would be really neat to have a version of this mod that maybe keeps his start the same but incress the size per vessel.

If you can use both mods at the same time without it causing a crash, then it all depends on the load order I think.
