All future Paradox games should implement AI art generator to make generic portraits in-game on the fly. Not just in Hearts of Iron, would be cool to play Stellaris 2 and the game generates unique alien species each game.

Agreed that some of these are excellent, but at least a third are completely unusable and barely look human while others are poorer duplicates of better renders. Very cool project here though.

Works well with Red Flood as some faces come out really wacky but most come out really well.

Perhaps in the future more variety would be nice as playing as some minor countries, half of the spies had the same face.

But in general really cool and nice mod I'm surprised no one did this earlier.

Quality should definitely be a priority over quantity on a mod like this. Also better performing AIs exist now like Stable Diffusion and Midjourney's new test version.

Some of these portraits look comically dumb, if not just silly, but a few aren't half bad.
That AI is probably the only thing capable of generating a face semi-decently, as well
