yeah and the reskin is based on another game's set, that i use in the other game ! so freaking love it !
to be frank i never tested "overlapping" mods (i try to never do that to fully keep control of what i install in my games
so the best i can say is simply test it: try to change orders if you see a reskin not applying or doing it wrong
all my mods are "vanilla friendly" + "mod friendly" and easy to install/uninstall at anytime, so it is relatively compatible with mods affecting same stuff, it just depends on a lot of factors, so just test it the way you want ;-)
99% of what i do in my mods are screened to easily compare to your game if it works or not
