Have you tried going into ship info and converting it into a ship? It might have converted itself into a station.

Desperately trying to get this ship to work in my survival mode. Got it built, full of hydrogen, batteries powered and when I unlock the ship the thrusters all fire correctly depending on which direction I'm trying to move but the ship doesn't move. Same thing is happening with the Multi Hauler ship you made. I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong or what other mod I have, or don't have, that's not allowing your ships to move :( Any help would be appreciated! You have a gift for design.
