Where did this card art come from?

im trying to play this with a friend and he can see the cards fine, but i get stuck in loading which i needed to turn off mod threading to fix, and then i cant see the fronts of cards, other mods work, ive tried deleting the images in the documents and gamefolder and ive tried changing graphics aswell as reinstall of the mod and reinstall of the game, please help me cause i love this game and want to play it with my mate.
