@Velxra Considering it was a commissioned mod I would imagine that it wont receive a 1.5 update-- from what others are saying it still functions properly though.

Given this is an armor mod, outside of mod compatibility, it should never need to update with base rimworld unless Ty changes how armor calculations are done - which is very unlikely at this point as it would break basically everything in existence.

the mod seems to work just fine in 1.5

How do you know they abondoned it? It just adds armor with stats.
It was updated little over a year ago to update it to 1.4 which also took some time back then.

This mod is abandoned, hasn't been updated in over a year. Maybe someone could necro it, but they would need permission from the dev.

@hoovy is medic if you go to the mod files, under "Patches" you'll see the xml for the More Archotech Garbage patch. All you have to do is change the thing under mods from "More Archotech Garbage Reupload" to "More Archotech Garbage Continued."

Is this mod suppose to have a shield built into the armour? I see affects like shield and recharge rate. And things like show on draft = true. But I don't notice any shield when I use it?

Armor is not showing up on the storage and preset functions. When you go to the list of things allowed on a storage, only one armor icon appears at the very bottom, but no writings, and when you click on it, no window pops up. Not sure what's causing it. Any ideas? Oh, I use CE, by the way

Is it possible to get this from a Trader? I don't like the idea of making Archotech items.

Just to comment that the Body piece can be recolored/dyed but the Helmet piece cannot. It's a bit inconsistent and weird to be looking at pawns with mismatched colored armor. :P

Maybe put this after advanced fabrication? The fact you get this armor just from that tech is very jarring because you need advanced fabrication to even produce the other armors anyway.

could i possibly commission you to make a warcasket version of this?

is it possible to add prestige armor tag to the archotech power armor? seems fitting for it since it add psychic sensitivity

I second the request for noble apparel status. Archotech gear is the absolute pinnacle, so any noble should be thrilled to get their mitts on some.

could this also get the bonuses of mechlord armor or an upgraded variant that has those?

Would it be possible to change this to be count noble apparel what with it being fancy archotech power armour.

Its great though it would be nice if it would add also some carry capacity and movement speed its power armor after all. Up untill now I was using stuff from rimworld spartan foundry which does that and now I cannot decide which one is better

Would you consider adding shields to these armors on par or better than the melee shields but working with ranged weapons? Sounds like something such armors should posses.

We need an armor that works like a mechlord suit too :(

Also 600 archotech fragments is too much to even reconsider.
300 is acceptable, 200 maybe the minimum

can you make it able to jump and be reloaded with archotech fragments instead?

This armor looks very cool, but I would change a few things. Due to the extreme power of the armor, I would add some components that can only be found in the world, from merchants and in quest rewards. For example "Archotech Armor Neural Interface Core", or "Archotech Armor Psychic Sensitivity Enhancer" and a few of some archotech material. If all this is added to the craft, then the power of the armor will be justified
