like I said, literally no idea so far, I'll likely get inspo or have a favourite when I go there next month :) but the issue is for me that and all of my favourite buildings have already been made, and better than I could make them haha, but at the end of the day, I will definitely consider the buildings you've suggested, I've just got a fair few already in the works that I'm more focused on

Definitely agree with the first one, especially considering Madrid, Spain lol. As for the second bit on Japan, aside from the Meiji/Taisho buildings that I just mentioned, Have you thought that you take on the ones on Ginza?

South American cities in general definitely get slept on, but as for Japan, I actually have no idea what buildings I even want to do so I may consider those ones haha [Asakusa Station especially if it hasn't been done], also no idea why all my text went italic in my last comment, odd

I didn't know that you are considering making Japanese stuff, I would love to see some Meiji and Taisho-Era buildings such as the Osaka City Central Public Hall, Oita Bank Akarengakan, and the old Matsuzakaya Department Store in Ueno (1930s Rebuilt).

And since you kinda of on a world tour, Maybe check out the old buildings in Madrid and Buenos Aires, especially the ones in Gran Vía and Callao Square in Madrid. And the ones in Florida Street, Avenida Córdoba, and Avenida Roque Sáenz Peña in Buenos Aires, since those two cities are underrated in the workshop.

@TheCityGuy2022 Well I have 4 more New Zealand buildings coming, and I've been considering making some Japanese buildings after I finish another 2 Perth ones, but not really any other US ones, if you want one in specific you can always commission me, although I'm pretty busy with them right now haha

@TurboCobra, what other assets have you planned to make since you made this? (outside of the Aussie stuff.)

Strange... there shouldn't be any unlock requirement at all
FrankFrankie 7 Aug, 2022 @ 5:39pm
Im getting a requirement that I build NULL? has anyone ever heard of this?
TurboCobra  [author] 4 Aug, 2022 @ 7:50am
Ok should be fixed, it's not detailed but there's an actual brick texture + windows
TurboCobra  [author] 4 Aug, 2022 @ 6:31am
All good method, I've actually fixed it but the update isn't working

thanks!

I realized I had a big misspelling and didn't really give a good criticism to you Turbo which I do apologize.

I was trying to explain the rather large blank wall, doesn't particularly look well and the stretched out horizontal textures makes it only suitable for a W2W next to a even taller building, and not suitable for being a stand-alone structure within a city.

I apologize once again for my lackluster critique and bad spelling.

Look really great! One constructive criticism though, the illumination int the best for such a great asset. but thanks for all the hard work and sharing.

First of all: What a great choice for your first foreign asset :) So cool to have it in the game. I just think the upper part looks out of place. Maybe the few existing color photos from the 50's could be very helpful to get a more coherent look (even though the building needed a big clean-up in its later years :D). Other than that I think you did a great job on the model!
