I would recommend using 1F power plant for that , it looks more like real Fukushima power plant

I noticed that you did add textures to most, if not all of the buildings, its nice to see that you pay attention to the comments, and use them to improve this great map. Another thing that I think would be great, is much larger cooling towers, as these ones are not necessarily to scale.

Last update looks amazing, just little bug i found, the alarm near the cooling pool (next to reactor) is in the air
