I believe that is just how the carrier comes, as it is supposed to face that way on maps.
Sadly, I am not of the technical skill to add extra tracks to the model or anything like that. However, you may find luck apply its texture to a model from an addon that has the normal blue MVM version with both tracks if such a thing exists!

The carrier has no tank tracks on the right side.

Sadly that is not possible for me personally to do, via not having the technical ability. If I was able to do so, I would add them in a heartbeat and honestly I hope someone with the know-how does this, it's how the bots should be!

Ok while not too relevant, I have a GMA file of this mod before it was removed so I guess i have no use for it XD, ho well at least other people can enjoy it again.
