so the idea is to salvage the crashed ship build a new one and them make your way to the base 180kms away in space from what i could work out

Loving this scenario. Using it for my own person scenario where my job is to salvage that ship by grinding it down and build a base near it during the salvaging. Also added the water mod so the valley beneath the wreck is part of an ocean.

Apparently it actually appears to be the.. Milky Way skybox somehow? How did I break things this badly THIS time lol, no worries though I fixed it.

Hmm, the tarps and nets mod seems to be causing me to CTD, rip. Was looking forward to seeing those in this, oh well.

@Stalker Do Work Changed it to Survival/Friends, let me know if it worked. Otherwise, I don't know :/

I think the creator is going to have to change something in the settings. I have tried multiple times to change it off of private and it still won't work.

@Christmas it is called Mobile Shipyard Factory Beluga it is already in the workshop, it needs a ton of work still

@Dragon Fire 813, thanks for the response. My friends are getting stuck at the connecting to world phase. We play together very often on a locally hosted modded world. But we cant make this work for some reason. We've quit everything and restarted it all. It has been a few days of attempting. I'd be curious if you have another idea. Again this is the "Joining World" phase.

idk if its me or this map but my friends can not join this what so ever, we tried on all 4 of our game's and none of us can join each other on this map

Is there anything to see other than the giant wreck you start near? I didn't find anything else except an economy station.

@KyleParanormal If it's during the mod download just have them cancel and rejoin (sometimes it hangs when downloading a bigger mod and that usually fixes it.) If it's during the main loading screen(picture with the quote/tip), have them force quit the game through the steam overlay then try joining again. If that doesn't work try restarting your game to. One of those 3 fixes usually work for me.

@SpetS How long did it take you to do this? It is very enjoyable for PVE. I have just started doing the same and it took me like a month and is garbage IMO compared to yours.

@BIV I have set the world without encounters and stuff. but you can turn it on in the settings. Maybe in the AI update we will see some npcs.

@roboskater I try to keep it vanilla. but because sometimes I test mods in there it might still in the savegame. For example right now it have a mod called 'more smoke' and also hinges mod by Digi because sometimes I test old builds from where there was no vanilla hinges in the game yet.

Fair enough, makes sense!

SE is an amazing game but it definately has a severe lack of exploration and PvE. Thank you to give me something to explore, that i didn't build myself.

The dev should focus on making MUCH MORE explorations features...This map should be an exemple for future update

@ SpetS, I've always liked the mountain side entrance to thhat base although I'd never seen inside , the shot of front gets displayed so often. Does this world have hostiles running about or is it just the abandoned buildings etc.

@Stalker Do Work I set the world as private, not sure if that can be the issue.

@CTH2004 I like to have multiple backups, since I lost a HD a while ago with all the saves. just in case one of them get deleted or corrupted or whatever, kind of trauma :p Also, some times I need to check old version coz I forgot to save a blueprint or something.

You should link the mods used as dependencies so the world will work when people use it.
