I had no clue about the original weapon, personally. I was only asked to texture it.

Um not sure if I'm the first one to notice but this has a similar name and almost exact model of the Blood Pressure. I'm pretty sure though this is an updated version of it if I'm correct.

Interesting design, although I have to agree, the preview images aren't doing the item much justice. Re-take those, and I think you'd have a winner here.

Bully, workshop creators don't create the stats. That description has nothing to do with how the weapon would work in-game.

The weapon needs a better description of what it does, its too basic. Which key do you press to increase the output? What does output mean in this instance? Clip size or firing speed? Does it have any sort of downside? Hopefully these questions can hopefully address that.
