You should make front seat load rockets and gun, if possible.

The rockets are usable if you sit in the 2nd seat.

it can only be spawned in via commands at the moment

You can put the landing gear up by pressing ctrl or whatever key you have binded to the sirens.
Rockets are used by the 2nd seat so if you press F2 you can use them
