About the restoration of the Empire if a character holds the Sultanate of Rum, it will require a new decision to add it in the game with the proper flavor (the character being Muslim and/or Turk), but it's something I could definitely add in the near future.
Also, I think you should allow those with the Sultanate of Rum title to be able to reform the Roman Empire. It could be a cool bit of alternate history.
If the decision show up after conversion it might be a conflict with other mods.
Also, the conditions require a character to belong to traditionally Roman cultures (possessing Latin or Byzantine pillar), so you'll need to have a ruler to belong to one or to make an hybrid culture with a Eastern-Western Roman pillar.
Tomorrow I'll try to work on the decision so to make them visible form the start, to avoid them to be misleading.
