However my only complaint which is for a lot of people is that, I think it conflicts with TF2's artstyle. It's amazing don't get me wrong but it feels like it's in the wrong game with how detailed and a little unfitting it is to how TF2 normally looks.
I think this would work though perfectly as a Halloween restricted cosmetic.
The cyberpunk-esque design of the horse skull makes it stand out as it doesn't fit the tone or characterization of the game and it also feels uncanny due to the texturing.
It's a great looking cosmetic but the discrepancy between the detail of the hat and the rest of Pyro gives it an uncanny vibe. Which is why it would make a great Halloween hat, it looks badass and feels strange and mysterious because of it (great fit for the Pyro).
