Does this used the old 390 or the newer DTG one that got taken now?

Hi, Was really looking forward to trying this out. Unfortuantly I am unable to leave Preston. I have no power. Other scenarios are working fine. Any ideas? Thanks.

To download the Armstrong PowerhouseClass 390 Virgin reskin go to the info page for
AP35: WCML Over Shap Scenario Pack (Passenger) and under the "Requirements" list, you will find "Extra Stock" and a free download link.

I've tried to get the Virgin reskin Down load free? No deal as there is nothing on the site that is free, I've tried on armstrongpowerhouse.com . any further help would be appreciated as this looks a belter of a scenario.
