v1.32 (out now) fixes the budget text overlap issues.

This was indeed a bug with the code that parsing the CSV data. It was failing to strip the carriage return from the string, so the budget text ended up getting split into two lines (and overlaps since there isn't space for two lines).

Easy fix -- will be in the next patch.

I noticed an issue with the budget overlapping "Budget" in a couple of places. I will investigate to see if this is a code or data issue.

This problem doesn't seem to happen with the other built in languages.
