You just activate all the switches in the engine room there is no order they just need to be on. But even if you get it right the engines still might not work since the devs broke the engine

No idea why but I cannot figure out how to start these reactors, I just need assistance. Do I activate the pumps? Do I do rods right away, first, after?

In career the workbench have no uranium ingots for the fuel rods. So when you spawn them they are inactive. You have to mine Uranium, refine it then add it to the hopper next to a workbench or use infinite fuel.

There is a reactor room on the bottom floor go into that room and there should be a large panel with a key and 4 buttons then turn the key and press the buttons (The order you press the 4 buttons does not matter just press them)

Issue i've noticed after using it for 9+ hours. Radiation begins to leak onto the main deck and super structure after 5+ hours of usage. Safe inside the superstructure but outside above the reactor slowly becomes irradiated.
