Try disabling the jukebox mod. There should be antibirth music on all floors except the ascent and home.

Should all floors have custom antibirth music? In some floors (Not the ones you can enable in the MCM - Dross etc) there is still Rebirth Music playing, mostly its antibirth though. Using Soundtrack Menu Mod and Jukebox Mod

i wanted to ask about a problem i have currently, my files are messed up i think? my mom music is completely gone and the void music is the rebirth one and i have no idea how to fix it. ive uninstalled and reinstalled many times now and nothing fixed it

I'm not too worried about this since Valve is pretty cool usually. I've also been in contact with Mudeth and I have explicit permission so I'm sure everything will turn out fine.

Please make sure you have the Music Callback Mod installed and that Passive Mode is disabled in this mod's settings.

Also you can change specific floor music with the Soundtrack Mod, but that mod doesn't have any of this mod's nice features.

It's called Take Me Back Home. It's not officially part of the Antibirth soundtrack but it's so good as the credits.

What is the new Credit Song that replaces the Hush by Ridiculon? I haven't heard it from Mudeth's OSTs of Antibirth and I thought it's quite nice.

It's no problem, mods can be weird.

i tested it and apparently the problem doesnt come from this mod, wich is strange, because since i installled this mod i wasnt able to hear the sfx when activate the mods, sorry for the bothering.

It seems weird that this mod would break sfx. Please try disabling it and other mods to see which combination causes the problem. You can try reinstalling those mods. You could also verify the integrity of the whole game.

i really enjoy this mod, cause the antibirth music its much better than vanilla music, but i have a problem, since the update that nerfed tainted lost, changed greed mode, challenge rooms and added sfx, this mod fucks up the new sfx and im not able to hear none of them, even the spawning sound of enemies in greed or challenge rooms, so, i want to know if theres something i can do about it because i really dont want to uninstall this...

You can use the Soundtrack Menu Mod for that That mod unfortunately doesn't have all of the little neat features this mod has though.

is there any way to have some of this songs from this mods and other musics be from repentance? for example i want to have antibirth basement song but i want to also have downpour from repentance song

it might? it would be quite strange, but isaac mods can be weirdly unstable sometimes. you could try disabling some other mods or something, but as far as i know you aren't doing anything wrong on this mod's side
