good mod but make settings if the Zombies should spawn if you not look at them and add a setting that the zombies spawn randomly like in 5 seconds a new zombie spawns

fellas if you want damn zombie reskins go get the Sabrean's Zombies mod. 100% worth it and is compatible with most headcrab zombie related mods, as well as half-life 2 itself. (yeah, it randomizes the HL2 zombies for variety.)
