It's supposed to be for race mode. Talent levels will be converted to 6 stars for a lot of riders, rendering it unplayable for a long career unless the max values have been adjusted. Unless you want a field riddled with 80+ riders. Would love to see this for career.

The DB is really super, one small point. Why are the talent of the drivers so poorly adjusted, it can hardly improve drivers, even those who are on average at 70.
