Japan is unable to make equipment, It cuts off the equipment screen and I am confused as how to fix it.

british burma keeps joining the co-prosperity sphere in all my games. they dont join any wars, and remain a puppet of britain, but they leave the allies and join the sphere. it doesnt really affect gameplay at all (unless youre playing japan, in which you basically get burma for free), although it is a funny bug

nvm im an idiot because yeah the kodoha basically just purged the military

i can't recruit any chief for the army even though i already finished "army expansion" focus when im on my kodoha route, is it a bug or my fault?

i could take a look and expand the mechanic for sure.

I did "create" India/Indonesia/Indochina when i occupied their territories and I kept them as puppets, but i "lost" AST/NZL and some pacific islands

@tomek technically its not a whitepeace. you get the exile governments which you can release on the occupied land and whatever they own they get to keep after the peace deal. thats the whole idea behind the GEACPS mechanic

oh, I forgot - in case of scripted peace - Japan would get everything they have taken - it means all pacific islands/allied puppets etc, because if i took the focus to end wars... i was white peaced with allies and Australia/NZ were no longer occupied by me and UK/FR got back the pacific islands back

but I've a suggestion (dunno how feasible it'd be) - while playing as fascist/expansionist Japan instead of two focuses to white peace US/others make a scripted peace between US/Allies and Japan?
something like - Japan has taken over US/UK/FR holdings in asia/pacific, has occupied Australia/NZ fire an event that in case Allies are at war with Germany they'll abandon Asia/Australia/Pacific (same thing with USA if they are in Allies/at war with another major) and maybe give USA an extra decision to go back to war with Japan to retake Hawaii if they are no longer fighting Germany/at peace and Japan is at war with Soviets?
I also found it weird that there is focus to puppet Mexico but not take over Australia/NZ, countries that Japan would be more interested to get into their sphere than Mexico?

@candyman first time im hearing about this. you sure you dont have other mods enabled? usually the front forms if you declare war on china. they might have done something in their focustree that prevented it but i dont think so.

Went to war with China later, didnt get to Marco Polo bridge incident soon enough due to doing industry and military focuses. Chinese burned my factory down so I get 2 wargoals on PRC and ROC. Went to war with ROC (and Ma Clique, due to their guarantee of independence for some reason). Got ROC, stayed stuck in Ma Clique.

Couldn't war PRC due to them immediately joining the comintern (Chinese United Front didn't form, I assume because I didn't do the proper Marco Polo path). Meanwhile I got 20 or so events regarding my factories being burned down by the chinese (the very same ones that gave me the wargoals), and more events regarding Chinese cells in Chahar specifically.

Then Mengjiang got independence somehow and joined the Axis and called them all in against Ma Clique. Which ended in me warring the comintern.

@yodamaster738 won't be happening since 56 doesnt have proper states in asia. i would need to change every single event, focus and decision that affects them.

Also i updated the mod again to bugfix japanese divisions starting with vanilla units (why?)
Also fixed East Hebei not being a puppet (why??!!)

Actually, there was RT56 compatible version of Hagakure. In mod files there are some files left that refer to RT56. Maybe some day it will be revived, who knows
