@chefspecial in the new recent anbennar steam update(the 3rd empire update) you can no longer click on the religion interaction UI element. Ie. Regent Court UI button in religion tab to change deities is no longer clickable. Seems like this is and issue for all religions that have this button like old dookan and such.

@Sunguru, sadly the fix is not that simple. I need to look into and work on parts of the main mod I did not work on myself during creation. No priority at the moment.

@Chefspecial, special symbols like "Š" are not visualized. For example toggle search for the province Šimlardu (F -> enter "imlardu"). Probably there is easy fix to this? Would be great! Thanks for the mod!

Updated for Anbennar update 18 (1.37)! Credits to @David Lee Goth, for helping out, much appreciated :)

Did not have the time to fully test everything. Please let me know if you find anything.

countryreligionview.gui seems to break in a few of the newer religions in the Steam version. Tried to fix it, not sure if it's the best way like this or just to redo it from scratch. https://gist.github.com/josemaia/79c584d22d103db00ed333bf06fe4a95

Hi all, I took a look at the code of anbennar's steam version and it seems the only big change was adding the diggy buttons. Here's a fixed version, feel free to add it Chefspecial.

The Stellaris UI breaks the new Dwarven Dig Deeper icon/interface. Would really love a hotfix for the Forbidden Valley update.

Can you update the mod to 1.34? From what I've seen its only the clock and the estates menu that are affected by the new version.

Other kinds of this issue: Corinite religion screen [sun1.userapi.com], the "States and Territories" info [sun9-east.userapi.com] on the Administration screen. Is there a way to make their natural "frames" bigger somehow, so the whole text would suit, maybe?

Yay, thanks for the update, it works as intended!

I've also noticed a few issues about font size - some text with the new font becomes too wide and simply doesn't fit into its original area, where it should be. E.g. game year: it falls out of its frame on month Bloomsdawn (3) [sun9-east.userapi.com] , and also during month of Castanmark (1) [sun9-north.userapi.com] (but the last one only if the current day exceeds 9, like 10, 11, 22 etc).

I wonder if those kind of problems were fixed (or even encountered) in the original Stellaris Font mod. Should I report this kind of problems, or are they hard to solve?

Great :). One good thing about this mod it also adds compatibility with Banners 5.0 and fixed the weird glitches I had with it (flags not showing up, great power COA clashing with the banner icon, etc). The banners compatibility patch for Anbennar on the workshop breaks my event window so this mod is a godsend.

@Wongjunkit you can still see the tooltip for the first option if your cursor is on the left or right edge of that button. Not very convenient, but it works.

To elaborate, when I hover my cursor over the first option in an event window, no tooltip appear nor does it look like the option is even highlighted

Right, I tried the mod again and the peace treaty menu is fixed thanks! However, I still encounter that weird issue where the effects of the first event choice is not showing up... I think it could just be on my end but I have no other mods enabled besides Anbennar and Stellaris UI :/. Turning this compatibility mod off fixes it so idk what's causing it.

There are also this problem in custom menus — like when you start a new game and Anbennar suggests you to turn conquerors on, the first option not being active when you hover a mouse over it. Same for racial militancy menu, the "Close menu" button at top. In the ruler's magic menu, when you open one of the magic specializations (Abjuration/Conjuration/Divination/...), the "Back to Main Menu" button not showing active too. Not like it's a serious bug, but just informing such things exist.

Had same problem with first button not showing active (neither giving a tooltip), can approve it's gone... sometimes... Damn, it's so weird. When there is an event with only one option, it's not active. When there are two options, it's only active in a usual event. But if it's an event with that red "to place" button that centers your camera on province mentioned, it's not. And it doesn't even matter where that red button is — near the event name, after the 1st button or after the 2nd one. If it's an event with 3 options, it's active always, even with "to place" button. For 4 options I dunno yet. And for 5 options it works alright unless there is that red "to place" button somewhere — then it's not active again. Well, I've tried to find some pattern behind it.

BUT — you can actually make button active and see the tooltip (if there is). For that you need to hover your mouse over the very left/right edge of said button.

@Yorineso you need both mods now. Sorry for any inconvenience but it sames me a lot of time updating both mods in the future.

There are some weird bugs I am encountering. For example, when there are multiple event windows opened, having the ruler magic menu open for example and an event pops up, a weird bug occurs where the first event option does not show any tooltip. For example, an event where I lose stability, hovering over the event option does not display the tooltip where I lose stability. Also, the peace treaty have some missing graphics. Like the warscore box is missing and only the text is there. Not to sure if it's only on my end due to mod incompatibility

@Yorineso you are right. This mod has all the files. I should trim it down to only the necessary for Anbennar or make it 'stand alone'. Not sure yet.

And yes the mod is intended to change only certain fonts. Like you said the 'Another Stellaris Font' changes ALL fonts. And I like the mix like this. I do agree some fonts need changing also maybe I will change it in the future for this and the original font mod.

Edit: you only need this mod to be turned on - the original font one is unnecessary, that was the problem.

Still, the Stellaris font doesn't seem to apply on things like troop-count numbers or loading screen's tips, while it did in Another Stellaris Font? Would be really cool if it was fixed somehow as well, the patch is great!

Is it just me, or the original Stellaris UI Font mod doesn't really work as intended? I mean, some of the ingame text uses Stellaris font, while some uses the default one - so you're getting a strange mix of both. But the compatibility patch is working indeed.

Another Stellaris Font , on the other hand, translates all the EU4 font to the Stellaris one... but it brokes the buttons in racial menus (tolerance / military), because this patch isn't intended for this mod. What do I do wrong, haha.

@Lily do you know if there is any difference between this Bigger UI mod and yours? Because I'm a also a fan of using the bigger UI so was thinking of making a patch for it.

If you prefer using yours you can always edit the files yourself. It's mostly in the .gui files. I use WinMerge to compare the files. You can add me if you need some help.

Is there any messing around I can do on my end to make this compatible with a big UI mod ?
I find the Stellaris font significantly more readable, but at the moment the combo of mods breaks the ideas UI and probably some diplo menus (had that before with other mods).

Whether or not there's something I can do, thank you greatly for patching this. Vanilla font is just so thin and awful.
