Just finished a campaign with about 685 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

what is this mod for? I am confused to what this is even about. Still going to download it though. I should probably just go look online to try and figure this out, but hey. Nothing bad for asking.

they *should* work just fine together. i think.

but you can configure this to handle what refresher does too. However, is easy to miss something added by another mod tho.

Based on some amateur looking at both mods it seems since Deck Refresher only handles "tech" decks it should be possible to replicate it's functionality by adding the following to *this* mod's XComGame.ini under [RewardDeckBuilder.UISL_DeckBuilder]:

+RebuildDecks=ExperimentalAmmoRewards
+RebuildDecks=ExperimentalGrenadeRewards
+RebuildDecks=ExperimentalArmorRewards
+RebuildDecks=ExperimentalHeavyWeaponRewards
+RebuildDecks=ExperimentalPoweredWeaponRewards

Based this on referencing what decks PGO v2 handles, hopefully that covers it all. But again, this is an "amateur" deduction, confirmation from Mitzruti would be much welcome.
