Anyone else have an issue where they spawn in skydiving and then suddenly die and once the mission is setup, some players are alive but the host player cannot respawn and will be permadead, even if you force respawn?

i have an issue where i die in the game and cant re spawn even tho its enabled

Either I placed the units incorrectly, or the map changed the terrain height, because the units were high in the air and crashed on launch. Fixed

So when I load up the mission and its loading the menu to set the initial settings prior to mission generation it says I've been killed (I haven't seen this on other maps). I specified an AO and then went through the FOB menu and manually placed it well within bounds of the map, but my character is always stuck laying ground and I can't access the arsenal or even Zeus (using SSPCM to enable Zeus). This is the only map I see this behavior.

I also went in with just the necessary mods to run the mission and still was getting the same behavior. Even in the FOB menu I can't access the arsenal and me and my squad are stuck in this weird position on the ground. When I manually place the FOB my squad mates seem fine but I'm still stuck laying on the ground. I also tried respawning and the respawn function wouldn't even work.

Try to choose a specific place for spawning the task and the place for spawning the FOB

As far as I know, the technique always explodes if the FOB spawns outside the map.

This one seems to be having issues. When I'm generating the missions its stuck on the map screen and when I spawn the FOB always explodes and me and the NPCs are stuck in place. All the other maps in the DRO Fix series seem to work fine except for this one.
