@helshad , not really but its recommended to avoid issues like fires, trash not being collected and other services, i used spawn point but it doesnt work for every house there

love the paradise house assets. One question though, are they adpated for water usage or is it implied I should PO them? They kinda get flooded when I put them in water. All of them.
