@End of 1st Premier League Update: Initially I thought this tactic needed to be tweaked honestly, I was losing a game, winning a game, losing 2 games, winning 1, but eventually within a month with familiarity, it's been an absolutely crusher and I finished 5th for a Europa League spot with Charlton in my 1st Premiership year. My best player was Tahith Chong and Berenton Diaz and he was mediocre at best, this tactic brings out the best in the shadow strikers and the full backs.

I've had a full transfer season to bolster for the RPM and so I'm using Killkenny and Matic in that role, they're solid together. Really happy with Kovar as well, he turned out to be a freaking beast for me and still improving as GK. Thanks Klashy, great tactic as always. Familiarity with the tactic is important, the biggest issue is being exposed at the back but two solid RPM's with two good CB's, you're set. Thanks.

Thanks for the tactic! As player's got some more familiarity, it seems to be doing better. Started off hot, hit a rough patch, but have now pushed to the top of the league with it. I think the key was mixing it up just a bit.

Great tactic, so far i played half a year with it ad Brøndby IF in Denmark,,
made some minor changes, the 2 IWB changed to to WB.
and my left winger changed to IW. And added Pass into space instruction, but it works like a charm, number one in the league, secued first in confrence league group after 5 games, and on to the semis in the cup. furthermore its the first tatic i created or downloaded where the team goals are so evenly distributed between my offensive players. and its rare my starting players get below a 7+ rating in matches. only 4 players in my 23 man squad is below 7 on avg, and 2 of those is my goalkeepers...........

Charlton save update: Within 3-years I've gotten Charlton from League 1, promoted to the Premiership. I'm currently sitting in 7th place with a Europa Conference place in tow, hoping this tactic takes me through to Europe and I finish top 7, would be a dream start for this little Charlton club. I'm literally spending no money, my transfer budget is currently $350,000, it's nothing compared to Chelsea, City, United and Liverpool but this tactic has my squad on a buzz.

any alternative roles to the Roaming Play Maker? Playing in lower leagues where it is impossible to sign a RPM

Bro this tactic is like using cheats, first game against Man Utd (im Liverpool) 6-0 7 clear cut chances 5.21 xgd. Best tactic i ever tried in fm 2022. Keep it up bro you are amazing
