my favorite color pallete
1. Extract Terraria's sprites with a tool (I used xnbcli, it preserves the folder structure which is important, but feel free to try any other tool that's easier for you to use)
2. Use BIMP [alessandrofrancesconi.it] to apply your operations to all images; make sure to confirm preserving the folder hierarchy.
For a texture pack like this, you want a palette (you can find decent palettes for GIMP online) and the "gimp-image-convert-indexed" (or "gimp-convert-indexed" if you use an older version of GIMP) operation.
For the mode, use "CONVERT-PALETTE-CUSTOM", don't forget to enter your palette's name.
