The fire door is by design.
The carpet on the top is for the drill.

Gonna rest the fix. Next time directly say what the issue is.

The Top ATMs drop their money below the ground tiles.A door at the top Valut entry isnt aligned. There is no way to exit the lower vault if you enter it via the fire door and the red button is on the wrong site (you can enter as robber but you cant exit as robber). There are multiple wrong tiles on the roof(carpet)
