I see. I'm wondering if it was just a random tracking glitching. There's no animation in the scene GLB, so there's no reason for it to rotate or transform at any time. Could be just a fluke.

For optimizing, I could in the future decimate the scene's mesh because at the moment it is very triangle heavy scene, but such is the nature of a 3D scan in general.

Looked nice for 2 seconds and then it glitched out and started rotating wildly (never had that happen before).
Perhaps it needs optimising.
