heres a tip:when you install the mods,turn off "reject suspicious mods" and compile it and then boom, it works

I figured out the problem for it not working (for me)

1. Click ESC on your keyboard
2. Click ``Settings``
3. Click ``General``
4. Scroll down until you see something that's labeled ``Reject Suspicious Mods``
5. Download [or refresh] BloodEnhancedMod and then just download the Mutant Human
6. Enable the BloodEnhancedMod
7. ENJOY <3
