Hola, no se si puede servite, te comento en "Women's 2022 DB" fui haciendo unos cambios para que la foto de la ciclista tenga el nombre que la identifica (ejemplo Niewiadoma Katarzyna = Niewiadoma_K) todavia me queda trabajo por delante para hacerlas todas pero seria mas facil para que en el futuro agregar sus imagenes, tambien fui descargando fotos que no estaban.

Hello, I don't know if it can help you, I'll tell you in "Women's 2022 DB" I was making some changes so that the cyclist's photo has the name that identifies her (example Niewiadoma Katarzyna = Niewiadoma_K) I still have work ahead to do them all but It would be easier for you to add your images in the future, I was also downloading photos that weren't there.

Hello @pessoptimist are you making a 23 DB on this PCM or are you waiting the next PCM, or making a CX woman DB.
I say that because this DB is really fun to play actually with shoter stage, new team, new face.

I have past half of my hours on this mod because he is not boring like Men DB this year who his exactly the same than last year and close to 2020. Pogacar/Evenpoel/Vinegegard.WVA/MVDP/roglic/alaph again and again.

They are. These stats were last reviewed and changed based on the Worlds. I think the juniors were the main focus of most of the changes.

Right. If you enter the sizes for the 0s, the entries will override whatever default size is being used.

I've never located the parameter table that the game pulls the physical attributes from.

It's a fix that I have had to do each season to a game save. You would need to copy and edit a weekly save from your game in this folder C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Pro Cycling Manager 2022\WeeklySaves.

Once the edits are in, add the changed file to the cloud folder C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Pro Cycling Manager 2022\Cloud

The PCM Fast Editor will allow you to sort the rider lists by weight or height. You can cut and paste a better value for the 3d game in both fields. Since you can paste into more than one cell in PCM Fast Editor, it's a pretty quick change. The weights are in metric of course.

The best time to make this kind of update is in February or March. That gets the change in before the game starts computating most within-season events later in the year, like contract actions.

Every rider in every team is set as the absolute leader, potentially leading to a lot of depressions. But I guess it balances each other out as it's for everyone.

I haven't created stage 4 of the '22 Vuelta, yet. But it's next.

Sometimes the PCM developers replace the men's "local", and that overwrites the women's copy. This is unlikely to happen since we are in September, but it's possible. If it does, the name generation will go back to men's names.

You would be able to pull down an updated version of the women's "local" from the mod and add it to your "Database" folder again.

Right -- sirvoronin. There is a separate DB that adds the AI rider names. The DB file is called "Local"

To use the women's name DB, you need to save the default men's version, and then find and add the women's version. This is how you do it:

The women's version is in the PCM Mod folder -- you will need to find the Women's 2023 Mod among your saved mods. The mods are saved here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1767560

Find the default men "local" DB. The game runs the the 'local' DB that is saved in this folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2022\Database

If you rename the men's db to something else (like "localmens"), and add the women's local.db, then the game will pull in female names.

Enjoying the womens database the only thing ive noticed is when your scouting new talent all the cyclists seem to have guys names eitherwise its a good database

Thanks for the great catch on the tour jersey. I never noticed until you pointed it out: a team can have a race-specific jersey. Maybe that's new? Anyway, I will fix that jersey in the next update this weekend, along with some new race files. Basically, the Canyon jersey folder needs a duplicate with a "_tour" ending.

This only happens in the Tour de France by the way, in other courses they have their actual Canyon jersey

But since the latest game update my talentcouts just find male riders (16yo) in new season. 17yo remain female.
I have tried some things (move the lady's "local.cdb" around and delete male "local.cdb" etc.)... it did not work. :-(

Yes -- the update would include changes to rider abilities. The Tour race files are already posted, but there could be updates to those as well.

There is a way to cap the AI-team budgets or even make the budgets fixed at the starting value. That would likely limit team growth, I have always believed. I'll try messing with that; I have it on my PC now. It might require a lot of trial and error before I push it to this mod.

If anyone prefers larger race rosters, it’s an easy change to make on the database on your pc

For team sizes, the mod definitely uses uci rule chapter 2 section 1 rule code 22001 or whatever calling for 6 riders max. Going to 7 does not work well anyway. Many teams do not have enough riders to enter the races at that size.

On Trek— I’ll update the sponsor codes. I think the men’s default codes are currently in.

@pessoptimist i talk for Trek because it's fuck all they recrutement every year.

And IDK if you can do that it's fix the spronsor name for bike or equipement like Maypere > Lapierre, Sbam > Sram i didint found the solution by my self in the DB.

Need to fix too effectif perference too idk why it's belgium rider and wallonie rider and not Italian and uSA rider.

So, I updated the Mod to show only a single set of NCs for Denmark and Norway. To remove it from a current game, it might work to deactivate (uncheck the 'select' field in the DB 'race' table) the race toward the end of a season, maybe on October 5. I will try it on one of my current games to see if it works.

And I don't think any race-codes or team files will change -- so the database you create would work even after any updates are made to this mod.

The WE European Championship has been on parcours I have (Plouay '20, Plumelec '16, Alkmaar '19, Glasgow '18) -- so I will add those as well. I see this year's final is in Munich -- which is cool -- I'll see if I can add that one. I'll have the road courses in quickly, but I may need to map out the time trials over a week or so.

Hey guys just want to say the mod is really good but still need more ajust to fix:

Race:
- They are 2 Danish Championship ITT in the same Year and 2 norway Championship in the same year too
- Need to make the same WWT calendar them IRL make Vuelta Burgos, Ronde de Denthe, Women tour a Worldtours Race.

Stats: Idk if you will update the stat usually but so of them need to be fix like:
- Faulkner ITT,
- Baker ITT,
both of them had like 55 or 60 in ITT or IRL it's will be more 77/79 for Faulner and 75/77 for Baker


I actually have play 5 seasons so if you need feedback i can give you some.

Just want to say the game crash all the time the 24 October. Idk if it's the game or the mod because i didnt finish a normal career but with the db it's crash the 24 October

8. Reading back through, I find there are lots of solutions to the problem of the game being too hard or too easy, because of PCM's settings. The more difficult problem is what to do with the development curve and the AI-gen riders with high stats. Historically, I have seen within 3 seasons the AI-gen riders remake the peloton so that it's unrecognizable. In past years -- as recently as 2020, this mod had restricted potentials (all 1s for all riders, essentially), and capped max stats. Most of those '1s' in potential still remain, but the capped stats are no longer there (I'm not sure it's even possible to do that now). I keep my eye out for other conservationist measures, but I have not seen any new techniques in this years game.
