If you can't launch your mod with these 2 lines, that's because you didn't rename the name of folder. Rename it from data__ to anything else like data__1 and it will work.

Dude, how many lines of code do you really need for your mod to work? Two. faction_gdp_other faction_gdp_other_minor. Delete all the rest, they are useless
