In addition to what Aeter said, you also used an image you most likely found googling the Reich flag, and didn't check to see the licensing, et cetera.

You also can't expect to enforce a rule, when the entire mod is solely about Nazi Germany.
And I don't want to be picky, because I have nothing to reinforce this claim and may just be completely wrong, but it does sort of look like you stole a few sprites from other mods and retextured them slightly.
