That aside really great work. Its not something i'd have for an unusual hat but the effect alone looks beautiful. Voted and favorited :)
An orbiting honey-spoon constantly pouring a slow stream of honey into a pool at the bottom of the effect, or just the stream of honey falling into a transparent fade around the object.
Overall, I do think this effect needs a bit more work until I'd want it in the game, but your skill shows in making these effects in the first place. Work hard and you better bet, no matter what direction you decide to go with this effect while improving it, it'll be ten times better than before. Keep it up!
HOWEVER, the concept is fun, and I think we could take this apart and rework it into something less static and reliant on clouds. Let's look at the core of it, honey, and work our way up.
Bees, hives, they related to honey, but there's not much you can do with a hive since it's a static living space. However, the organisms that live in that space are not static. What we can do here is add bees that fly around the hive, buzzing about and specifically entering in and out of the hive.
