i cant import it into assets editor, after choosing the asset i see the objects importer tab and theres nothing there and i really need to remove the water

The water is a prop. you can edit this network in the asset editor. remove that prop and you'll have a dry version ;)

Great asset, but like it was said below, it would be awesome to have a grass version and I would also love a dry version, with no water.

In order to go under roads usually i put two nodes near the road.then i create something with PO that seems a small tunnel for the ditch (even r69 tunnel scaled to a tiny dimension works)

Like this. Need to find a Blender to make some culverts to fit these. Some corrugated style in Black and Silver. That way these can run under the roads. I'll put this in Request.
